IMPACT FORUM at Urban Arc Studios
Hosted at Urban Arc Studios, the Communiversity IMPACT Forum is a carefully curated, two-day convening designed to foster meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and creative exchange among a select group of 25–40 invited leaders, partners, and stakeholders committed to advancing social and economic impact.
The Forum opens on Saturday with a catered welcome breakfast, setting the tone for a day of immersive workshops, cohort sessions, board meetings, and dynamic presentations. Guests gather again for a relaxed, late-afternoon BBQ, providing space for informal connection, reflection, and relationship-building in a thoughtfully designed environment.
Sunday continues with a hosted brunch followed by focused discussions and an afternoon wrap-up session that synthesizes insights, outcomes, and next steps.

Throughout the weekend, Urban Arc Studios is transformed into a living, interactive environment—featuring custom décor and Augmented Reality IMPACT Forum installations that bring the Forum’s mission, data, and stories to life. Animated, interactive AR features allow guests to explore key initiatives, impact metrics, and future pathways in an engaging and intuitive way, blending technology with tactile design and spatial storytelling.
Between sessions, guests are invited to participate in creative activities and facilitated games that encourage collaboration, ideation, and cross-sector exchange—reinforcing the Forum’s emphasis on innovation, shared learning, and community-building.
